MINI WAYS TO WELLNESS

The term self care seems to be used as an explanation for continuously buying expensive and lavish things for oneself  these days, but to me true self care are the simple things, the free ones and the easily “doable” every day ones; that we can sometimes rush or take for granted.
So, I’ve put together a big list of random things that I like to do or attempt, when I am in need of some down time, I hope this list helps you if you're stuck on where to begin giving back to yourself.
The most important part I think with “self care and mini ways to wellness” is taking your time and having the intention of just being present. Enjoy!

*Copy and paste this list into word do you can print it and stick it on the fridge or in your diary
and you can even try adding some things!
